Machine Control Panel Issue

Hello

I'm having an issue with the Machine Control Panel.
The Machine Control Panel will Connect my printer,
but it will not allow me to turn on the Extruder or the Heated bed.
Also I cannot use the jog controls.
Has anyone had this issue since using the new software?

Any help will be apprecited.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
